The Brewing Botanist is a limited-edition collaboration between Luxembourg distillery OPYOS and Stuff Brauerei. Inspired by the botanical character of OPYOS gin, this Red Belgian Strong Ale is brewed with bergamot peel and matured for six months in Luxembourgish oak barrels that previously aged OPYOS Luxembourg Dry Gin. The result is a complex, elegant beer that bridges the worlds of brewing and distilling.

The label design was developed to reflect this unique process and the beer’s exceptional character. Drawing inspiration from vintage champagne labels, the visual identity combines ornamental botanical illustrations, refined typography, and subtle copper accents to create a sense of craftsmanship, rarity, and celebration. The combination of rustic textures and premium finishes mirrors the balance between tradition and innovation that defines both the beer and the OPYOS brand.
